MISSION

IZWENI SECURITY is close corporation cc under two membership of Mr Sandile Mhlongo and Mrs Ipeleng Setshwane which was

formed in 2005 with the intention to create employment for many unemployed citizen in our country. After a thorough research by Mr

Mhlongo Executive Member in Gauteng & Kwa Zulu Natal. It was found that there are a great number of qualified security guards who

are unemployed. He then realized it was of great importance to serve the commercial community hence the birth of IZWENI

SECURITY GUARDS.

Operations are managed from our control room situated at our offices at 17 Muswell Road, Sout Bryanston Road 2121.
The control room is manned 24/7/365.

Investigations:

Our investigators are ex-S.A.P.S. investigators with experience in the fields of murder, robbery, fraud, theft, etc. We also offer a pre-employment verification service.

Ø CCTV installations and maintenance:
We offer the installation of CCTV systems as well as the maintenance of CCTV systems.
Ø Time and attendance:

Biometric and/or card based systems are installed and maintained.

Ø Alarm systems:

We install all makes of alarm systems, as well as indoor and outdoor detection devices {Passives, beams etc.}

Ø Smoke CLOACK:

The installation of a “smoke alarm” system at areas where valuables are kept, these would be server rooms, walk in safes, store rooms etc.

MEASURES IMPLEMENTED TO ENSURE PROFESSIONAL AND EFFECTIVE SERVICE DELIVERY:

Ø Honesty testing - to ensure our staff’s honesty , we regularly conduct “honesty tests” , during which we send undercover operatives to visit sites and attempt to entice the security officers posted there to assist with crimes. A form of legal “entrapment”

Ø Location: All operations are managed and monitored from our office situated in Midrand.

Ø Control room: We have a control room manned 24/7/365.

Ø Pre-deployment training: Before a security officer is deployed to a site he/she undergoes a two weeks training program.

Ø Client Liaison: All managers are required to visit our clients on a regular basis, thereby ensuring open, constructive and

efficient communication channels.

Ø Management Services: Our “Management Services Department” oversee all administrative and support services, enabling

the Shift managers and the General Manager to concentrate on service delivery.

Ø Shift Supervisors: Shift supervisors are experienced, professional and well trained, with previous experience at some of

the larger guarding and reaction companies. They are not your run-of-the-mill officers but function as individuals who can take

initiative and pro-actively serve our clients.
